Fees
Strategic Consultation - $125 per hour.  Writing / Editing - $95 per hour.  Website Development - $75 per hour.  The minimum one-time project fee is $300, payable in advance.  [Note:  Rates for China-based clients vary from this schedule.]

Fee Policy
For new and prospective clients there is no charge for the first hour of consultation or project review.  Typically, based on an estimate of minimum hours, a monthly retainer or total project fee is set and paid in advance.  Total fee may vary with factors such as a surcharge for priority rush, or discount for extended and ongoing assignments.

Sliding Scale
On occasion fees may be adjusted downward based on a client's ability to pay, nonprofit status or contingency compensation schedule.
